Consider nominating yourself or someone else for one of the two vacant positions on the AJCU International Education Conference Executive Board (EB).
We seek candidates who by virtue of their interest and experience are able to contribute to the vitality and productivity of the EB and the Conference. In your nomination letter, please provide a brief statement of interest, a short summary of your experience within the AJCU/international education context, including a list of qualifications. We encourage ISSS professionals to apply.
Deadline for submission is September 15, 2017. Please submit your nomination to: Debbie Danna, chair, email@example.com. The slate of candidates will be submitted to Senior International Officers or institutional representatives who have previously been designated by AJCU member institutions. Each institution has one vote. We expect to have the new board members in place by early spring.

Registration is now open for the 2017 Annual AJCU/AUSJAL Meeting in Santiago, Chile. The conference will take place from November 8-10 at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado in Santiago, Chile. Deadline for Registration is September 22.
Registration is $350 and includes coffee breaks and lunches, the networking event and a final get-together on November 10. Click here to register for the event.
Conference Accommodations: A group of rooms have been reserved at the Hotel Neruda. This is a four-star hotel, incredibly well situated in the heart of Providencia’s neighborhood. It is just a few steps from Pedro de Valdivia ́s metro station and forty kilometers from the nearest ski resort. The hotel has free Wi-Fi in all facilities and makes available parking upon availability. You can find more information about the hotel here. The cost of the room varies from $80 to $180 depending on the type of room selected. A bus will be provided to transport people from the hotel to the university and back.
